No, each ticket is designed for one-time use only.
Once scanned at the event venue, the ticket will be marked as used, preventing reuse.

Yes, you can print your e-ticket or present the digital version on your phone for entry into the event.

You can retrieve your ticket anytime by visiting the "Retrieve Tickets here " section on our website.
Just enter the email address used during the purchase, and you will download all tickets again.

At the event entrance, agents will scan your smart e-ticket using a secure system. Once scanned, if the ticket is validated, you'll be allowed entry.

You can still enter if the event is ongoing and your smart e-ticket is valid. However, if the event has passed or expired, the ticket becomes invalid for entry.

If you cannot attend the event, please contact the event organizers at least two days before the event regarding refund or transfer policies, as these are handled at the discretion of the organizer.

To sell tickets for your event, simply sign up as an event organizer here After creating an account and verifying your email address, you can create and manage your events, upload details, and set ticket prices. Our system will handle the rest automatically.

You can offer various ticket types such as standard, VIP, or any name you wish to give to your tickets, each with customizable pricing. Our event page will display the different ticket types for potential attendees to choose from.

Our platform provides real-time tracking of your ticket sales. You can view statistics on the number of tickets sold, the total revenue generated, and see which ticket types are selling the most.

We transfer your earnings directly to your provided bank account our wesbite after the event, minus any agreed commission fees. You can monitor your sales and revenue through your dashboard.

Yes, you can modify event details such as the date, time, venue. However, significant changes may require notifying your attendees.

Event organizers create accounts for agents who will verify tickets at the venue. When an agent account is created, the agent receives an email with login details to access the Agents dashboard at here. Using this dashboard, agents can verify tickets on the date of the event.

Agents can verify tickets using any smart mobile device equipped with a bright camera. The verification can only be performed by authorized agents for that particular events on the day of the events.
