Affiliate Account Verification

Before participating in the affiliate program, users must verify their affiliate accounts. Only verified affiliates can refer Director of Socials (DOS) and Event planners/organizers.

Referral Commission

Affiliates earn a 2% commission on the total voting revenue generated from each of the events uploaded on our website by their referred DOS or Event planners/organizers.

The commission is calculated based on the final voting revenue after the voting ends.

Withdrawal Eligibility

- Affiliates can withdraw their earned commissions 24 hours after the voting for their referral's events has concluded.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000.
- The maximum withdrawal limit per day is ₦1,000,000 (1m).
- A compulsory withdrawal fee of ₦100 applies to each withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

Commission Payout

Commissions will be automatically available for cashout once the event's voting has ended.

The affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their payment details provided during account setup are accurate and up to date.

SecuredPolls.com is not liable for any delays or losses due to incorrect payment information provided by the affiliate user.

Account Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details, including their username, password, and transfer pin.

Any activity conducted under an affiliate’s account will be deemed authorized by the account owner.

Disqualification

SecuredPolls.com reserves the right to disqualify any affiliate user from the program if fraudulent activity is detected.

This includes but is not limited to generating fake referrals or trying to manipulate event outcomes.

Disqualified affiliates forfeit any commissions earned through fraudulent activities.

Program Modifications

SecuredPolls.com reserves the right to modify the affiliate program terms, including the commission rate, withdrawal limits, and any other program rules, at any time with or without notifying the affiliate users.

However, affiliates may be notified of any changes via email or through the platform’s notification system.

Termination of Affiliate Program

SecuredPolls.com may terminate the affiliate program at any time. In the event of termination, all pending commissions will be paid out according to the existing terms, provided the affiliate's account is in good standing.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the SecuredPolls.com affiliate program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of earned commissions.
